Facial Numbness is the lack of sensations on your face. It sometimes discomforts you in your daily life or it can be symptoms of some medical conditions. It is sometimes like a tingling sensation and it is permanent in some cases. Facial numbness can be underlying in some serious conditions. But it not happened in every case. A stroke occurs by the blockage of blood flow to a portion of the brain. It may cause you weakness or paralysis on one side of the face and body. Stroke demand immediate medical attention. Strokes may require emergency surgery.
Tumors may also cause facial numbness. The tumors normally progress slowly and it requires immediate surgical treatment. Once cancer will spread in your body then it will result in facial numbness. This may also cause in sensation and by this, you may lose your hearing power.

6. Transient Ischemic Attack:
It is another part of the evolution of a stroke. Its symptoms resolve in almost one hour. In advanced MRI imaging it will be showed that how many damaged had occurred to your body. It is also termed as stroke or cerebral vascular accident. Its symptoms are the weakness, numbness, possible speech or balance problems, dropping off the face and weakness.
7. Hemiplegic Migraine:

This mainly affects our chin rather r than other parts of the face because of it only maxillary nerve who is innervating our chin. The main cause of this syndrome is trauma and the other causes are cancers, tumors. Cancer is the very serious problem in this case.
10. Multiple Sclerosis:
in this cause, it affects many parts of the nerve system that is the brain, the spinal cord. The exact cause for this is unknown. Multiple Sclerosis can range from mild to severe in symptoms and it impacts the function and quality of life. One of the most common symptoms of this is numbness. You will facial pain, double or blurred vision, pain in and behind the eye and numbness of the extremities all occur due to MS.Some people experience only mild symptoms but some have to go under extreme conditions in which they have to feel complete disability. 11. Peripheral Neuropathy:
it refers to the disorders of the peripheral nerves. It can cause spine, neck , head or face which is in the result of nerve damage. Nerve damage also occurs when the patient is underlying disorders or disease like diabetes. Its symptoms are that you will feel weakness in your legs or arms and you will feel facial numbness. It may cause imminent stroke also.

Its symptoms are that it affect on our face, it produces twitching, abnormal facial movements, and numbness. It is complex and it mixes electrical signals in the brain. It also causes depression, feeling acute stress or panic attacks in the patients. You will also feel numbness in this condition which will result in brain tumors.
